Basically, this disgrace to journalism claims that a document has been found in the Vatican archives from the pope who moved the Curia to Avignon and initiated the "Babylonian Captivity" of the papacy, confessing that he achieved the move by selling his soul to the Devil, who in return gave him a vision of the future, of a bad pope at the beginning of "century 21."
So if someone comes up to you asking about a "prophecy of Clement V," be sure to point out that there's a reason Satan is called "The Father of Lies." How better to create confusion and dissention than to put forth a false prophecy slandering a good and holy man?
