There are loads of such photos. You can see them on the archived thread of this forum and the one that is still "alive" - but only just! On the Italian Forum there are literally hundreds - a feast in fact. Go and have a look and, dear Avemarisstella, you'll see happy messages on that forum!

avemarisstella - There are photographs on the Papal clothing thread of the Pope showing his cuff links. There are also some on Seeing Benedict in Person like this one.

They are beautiful. He has always had a liking for cufflinks even when he was a Bishop and Cardinal. I remember seeing one photo of him taken years ago where he is waving from a balcony and you can clearly see his lovely cufflinks.Regards, Louise |

Love the cufflinks. He has an onyx pair that are also very nice. Love that beautifully laundered cuff too, all pressed and snowy white. he is always so well turned out.

Bishop and I only wear religious cufflinks.... We're one up on the pope!
